Returns
We want you to love your EasyLife product. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Product must be in resalable condition

Proof of purchase is required
Products that show signs of installation, use, modification, or damage are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Custom or made-to-order products

Clearance or final sale items

Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Installation & Fit Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is compatible with their dock, pontoon, or mounting location prior to installation.
If you have questions, we encourage you to contact us before installing your product.
Installed products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Exchanges / Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

1-Year Limited Warranty
Warranty Coverage
EasyLife warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
What Is Covered
Under this warranty, EasyLife will, at its discretion:

Repair the product

Replace the product

Issue a refund or store credit
Coverage applies only to defects resulting from normal use and proper installation.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, surface marks)

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect

Damage caused by environmental conditions (storms, impacts, dock movement, trailering, etc.)

Modifications or alterations not approved by EasyLife

Improper storage or maintenance
Products used in ways not intended by EasyLife are not covered.
Installation Responsibility
Proper installation is the responsibility of the customer.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, incompatible mounting surfaces, or failure to follow provided instructions is not covered under warranty.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Replacement products will be shipped at EasyLife’s discretion
Limitation of Liability
EasyLife is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including damage to boards, boats, docks, or other equipment.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
